Founded by Henry Pilcher in 2025, Coolabah Lifestyle is an Australian-owned developer and operator of land lease communities along the eastern seaboard, specialising in manufactured housing estates and caravan parks in some of Australia's most cherished coastal locations.

We started with a straightforward purpose: to create well-considered, welcoming communities where people can enjoy the best of coastal living without compromise. Now in our second year of operation, we have established a portfolio of over 150 homes.

Our ambitions are long-term and measured. Coolabah has no interest in growth for its own sake. Instead, we aim to expand steadily and thoughtfully, adding between 300 and 400 homes each year, with the hope that, over time, Coolabah Lifestyle will earn its place among Australia's largest leading land lease community portfolio owners and operators.
