OD – 2007
Designed as a side chair or dining chair that can be easily packaged and transported, the ‘OD’ can be dismantled into six separate components by simply removing two bolts either side of the chair. The seat is bound by a canvas backing which allows it to fold up like a garage roller door, while each of the chairs components is outlined with a black chamfer to highlight their individual profile. Designed without much flair or attempt to achieve anything other than a purely functional object, OD fulfills all that is requested of a chair.
